Challenge

Our internal lab wanted to explore what a laser-focused task app could feel like: minimal clutter, clear progress, and a delightful interface that encourages completion rather than overwhelm.

Approach

We paired quick design sprints with equally rapid front-end experiments, leaning into tactile motion design. Every core view—tasks, calendar, insights—used the same design system, ensuring parity even when testing new features.

Result

Beta testers reported higher completion rates because the interface stayed calm, responsive, and optimized for focus sessions. The project now acts as a reference build for future productivity engagements.
